Javy finds inspiration from the world around him as well as his favorite artists, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Pablo Picasso. Growing up in western Kansas, nature and previous outdoor work expiriences have been influencial and are reflected in several of his pieces. His ingenuity and repurposing ability has led to untraditional mixed media paintings on various materials.
